As the Director of Clinical Services, you will be crucial in leading and shaping DAS. Responsibilities 

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Educational and Psychological Assessment department.
  • Oversee SPED assessments and learning disability evaluations, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated clinicians to develop best practices to optimize service delivery and student outcomes. Implement and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative environment that enhances professional growth and development.
  • Actively participate in oversight and decision-making for your departmental revenue, budget, and staffing.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, and clinicians, promoting our organization's reputation and services.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments and research in special education and learning disabilities.
  • Qualifications
  • Hold a valid Texas Educational Diagnostician certification or Texas LSSP Certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in SPED assessments and learning disability evaluations.
  • Held the role of SPED Coordinator or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership skills, either in a formal leadership position or through relevant project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in special education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of students with learning disabilities.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
